Can you see the Northern Lights in Iceland in November?

Emma Yes! I visited Iceland at the end of November as an alternative festive trip. The nights are darkest between November and January, so it's easier to see the Northern Lights. I booked a Northern Lights trip on my first night, but there was too much cloud cover and we didn't see anything. On my second (free of charge) attempt, the lights put on an amazing show. In fact, from that night onward the lights were clearly visible even from Rekjavik town centre! Answered by Emma
